Mix the powder contents (47g) into 500ml of water and shake well.
Consume before and during sport. Drink 150 - 250ml every 20 minutes. When temperatures are high and you produce more sweat than usual we recommend adding a ZERO Neutral tab to Energy Drink with Protein to give you even more of an electrolyte boost.
