Sometimes, water alone just isn’t enough, particularly if important electrolytes have been lost through sweat; which is where Hydra+ comes in.

Formulated to offer fast-acting, hassle-free hydration, Hydra+ effervescent hydration tablets are designed to dissolve quickly in water to give you a hydration-boosting drink at a moment’s notice. Based on the same effective formula as our best-selling Hydra 10 powder, Hydra+ contains the key electrolytes that your body needs to maintain optimum hydration levels, as well as containing energy-boosting Vitamin B6 to help keep your performance at its best.

This product is free from milk, egg, gluten and soy, however it is produced in an environment that processes milk, egg, gluten and soy.

Ingredients:
Acid: Citric Acid, Dextrose Monohydrate (Glucose Syrup), Acidity Regulator: Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Citrate, Flavouring: Lemon (Maltodextrin, Gum Arabic, Flavouring Preparations, Silicon Dioxide), Maize Starch, Sweetener: Sucralose, dl-α Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E) (Modified Food Starch), Pyriodoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Calcium D-Pantothenate (Vitamin B5)

Suggested Usage:

Add 1 tablet to 200ml of water and let it dissolve.

Once prepared drink within 24 hours.

Do not consume more than 4 tablets per day.
