Nutritional values may vary depending on the flavour of casein protein powder. 

Mix 1 level scoop (33g) of casein protein powder per 200ml of water for a pudding and allow to settle in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.

Mix 1 level scoop (33g) per 300ml of water for a shake.

Take 1 serving per day, 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime.

Use milk in place of water to increase the protein intake.
