We asked our research and development team to formulate ”The Ultimate All-in-One Product” designed to maximise muscle and power gains. As such, Ultimate was born.

Designed for athletes who want to achieve maximum results from training and nutrition without having to take dozens of different tablets and shakes, Ultimate contains a unique formulation of carbohydrate, protein, amino acids along with beta-alanine, creatine and taurine to promote athletic performance - all in one tasty shake. Ultimate also contains the anti-oxidants N-acetyl cysteine and selenium to help promote recovery. Consume before exercise and/or between meals to ensure your body has all of the nutrients it needs to attack and recover from a training session effectively.

Mix 3 level scoops (60g) in 250ml of water, and take 1 - 2 servings per day. Take one serving 30 minutes before exercise and / or take another serving between meals.
